In reply to <a href="https://theveganmonster.de/en/home-made-bread-gluten-free-yeast-free/#comment-13865">Michelle S</a>.

Hi Michelle,
First of all apologies for my late reply. Due to personal and health-related reasons I had to take a long break from my blog.
While my reply comes way too late I'll still leave it here in case it can still help you or others.
150g yoghurt sounds. I would definitely reduce the liquid. Maybe 50 to 100ml less. Also depending on how watery the joghurt is.
All the best and warm regards

Hi! If I wanted to replace the 3 capsules content of probiotic capsules with vegan yogurt, how much yogurt would you add? Around 150g? And would you remove some water to make up for the thinner consistency, or add more flour? Thanks!
