I love spicy foods and chili. Drizzled with the Cashew Paprika Sauce it is a dream. You can find the recipe for the sauce <a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/en\/zucchini-bratlinge-vegan-glutenfrei\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Kidney-Bean-Burger.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9186\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Kidney-Bean-Burger.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"1066\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>While I have used capsicum in this recipe, you can also use other vegetables such as zucchini, carrots or even broccoli.&nbsp; As always, this recipe is vegan and gluten-free.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Kidney-Bean-Fritters-Recipe.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9187\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Kidney-Bean-Fritters-Recipe.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"1066\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>For 6 to 8 burgers you&#8217;ll need:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 140g rice flour<br \/>\n\u2022 2 tbsp fiber husk<br \/>\n\u2022 1\/2 tsp salt (or to taste)<br \/>\n\u2022 chili to taste<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 400g kidney beans, cooked<br \/>\n\u2022 1 capsicum, finely diced<br \/>\n\u2022 1\/4 onion, finely diced<br \/>\n\u2022 1 garlic clove, minced<br \/>\n\u2022 200g passata<\/p>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<p>1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>2. Drain kidney beans and add to the bowl with the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.<\/p>\n<p>3. Preheat frying pan. Form patties with wet, cold hands and place in frying pan.
