Once you have tasted the real thing, you won&#8217;t forget that amazing flavour! Completely <strong>vegan, gluten-free<\/strong> and <strong>without refined sugar<\/strong> as always. This time also <strong>without cashews<\/strong>. But of course it would work with cashews as well. It would actually even be a bit creamier, because macadamias tend to be a tiny tad grainy.<\/p>\n<p>Those colours! And those flavours! I absolutely loved the result \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/No-Bake-Vegan-Gluten-free-Refined-Sugar-Free-Raw-Berry-Passion-Macadamia-Cake-Recipe-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6418\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/No-Bake-Vegan-Gluten-free-Refined-Sugar-Free-Raw-Berry-Passion-Macadamia-Cake-Recipe-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"1067\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/No-Bake-Vegan-Gluten-free-Refined-Sugar-Free-Raw-Berry-Passion-Macadamia-Cake-Recipe-5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6419\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/No-Bake-Vegan-Gluten-free-Refined-Sugar-Free-Raw-Berry-Passion-Macadamia-Cake-Recipe-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>For a 18cm springform you&#8217;ll need:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>For the filling:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups (180g) macadamias (soak them in water for at least 4 hours, then rinse and drain)<br \/>\n1 cup (140g) dates<br \/>\n1 cup (250ml) water<br \/>\n1 teaspoon vanilla essence or paste<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the topping:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/4 cup blackberries<br \/>\na few dates<br \/>\n1-2 tablespoon water if needed<\/p>\n<h3>1 passion fruit (alternatively some mashed mango)<br \/>\nsome extra blackberries<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1. For the filling, blend all ingredients until smooth. A high-speed blender with tamper is recommended for this step. Place aside.<\/p>\n<p>2. For the berry sauce, blend the berries in a powerful mini-blender until smooth. Then add dates and blend once more until smooth. If needed add a little water if needed.<\/p>\n<p>3. Line the base of the springform with baking paper. Pour enough macadamia filling into the springform until the base is covered.<\/p>\n<p>4. Drizzle some blackberry sauce drops over the macadamia cream and gently stir it in slightly. Also drizzle some of the passion fruit onto it.<\/p>\n<p>5. Cover this layer with some more macadamia cream and repeat step 4 until finished. Then top with some extra blackberries and passion fruit.<\/p>\n<p>6. Place in freezer until set.
