I really like horse radish sauce. If you haven&#8217;t tried it yet, I can only recommend it! \ud83d\ude42<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Raw-Radish-Dip-Recipe-02.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6079\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Raw-Radish-Dip-Recipe-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"1067\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>But I&#8217;ve wanted something raw with a similar flavour kick to it. And that was when radish season kicked in here in New Zealand. There is this spray-free framer at the farmers market who grows these amazing multi-coloured radishes. They look and taste amazing!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Raw-Radish-Dip-Recipe-01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6078\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Raw-Radish-Dip-Recipe-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>So I had to try and make my own vegan, raw radish sauce with them. And I was not disappointed. This sauce is amazing with burgers! You could try it with these <a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/en\/soy-kidney-bean-burger-patties\/\">Kidney Bean Soy Burgers<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/en\/mushroom-burger-vegan-gluten-free-low-fat\/\">Mushroom Burgers<\/a> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/en\/quinoa-burger-that-wont-fall-apart-vegan-gluten-free\/\">Quinoa Burger<\/a>. Also, you can eat the greens! Chop them up and add them to your salad or sandwich. There are so many options \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Raw-Radish-Dip-Recipe-00.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6077\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Raw-Radish-Dip-Recipe-00.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Makes about 1 cup of dip\/sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup (70g) cashews<br \/>\nup to one bunch fresh radishes<br \/>\nup to 1\/4 cup water, if needed<br \/>\nsalt to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Place cashews, some of the water and most of the radishes into a powerful mini-blender and blend until smooth. Use more water if needed.<\/p>\n<p>2. Add salt to taste and also add more radishes if you like it spicier.<\/p>\n<p>3.
