In all forms, flavours and colours! What about some fruity blissballs? And these fruity, colourful blissballs would also make an amazing Easter treat. But to be honest, I wouldn&#8217;t need an occasion to devour those again.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Vegan-Glutenfree-Refined-Sugar-Free-Fruity-Blissballs-Recipe-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4961\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Vegan-Glutenfree-Refined-Sugar-Free-Fruity-Blissballs-Recipe-3.jpg\" alt=\"Vegan Glutenfree Refined Sugar Free Fruity Blissballs Recipe\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I played with three different flavours: raspberry, lemon and lime. And my rather generous collection of powdered foods came to good use. <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/1f609.svg\" alt=\"?\" title=\"\"> As always, this recipe for fruity blissballs is vegan, gluten-free and without refined sugars.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Vegan-Glutenfree-Refined-Sugar-Free-Fruity-Blissballs-Recipe-Vegane-Glutenfreie-Fruchtige-Energiebaellchen-Ohne-Kristalllzucker-Rezept-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5661\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Vegan-Glutenfree-Refined-Sugar-Free-Fruity-Blissballs-Recipe-Vegane-Glutenfreie-Fruchtige-Energiebaellchen-Ohne-Kristalllzucker-Rezept-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" title=\"\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nMakes approx. 40 bliss balls:<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>For the base:<\/strong><br \/>\n3\/4 cup (105g) dates, pitted and chopped<br \/>\n3\/4 cup (190ml) water<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cup (210g) cashews<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the raspberry flavour:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 1\/4 cup (125g) desiccated coconut<br \/>\n2-3 teaspoon raspberry powder<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the lemon flavour:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 1\/4 cup (125g) desiccated coconut<br \/>\n1 teaspoon ground turmeric<br \/>\ngrated zest of 1 to 2 lemons (depending on how zesty you like it)<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the lime flavour:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 1\/4 cup (125g) desiccated coconut<br \/>\n1\/2 to 1 teaspoon spirulina powder (or chard powder, chlorella, spinach powder etc.)<br \/>\ngrated zest of 1 to 2 limes (depending on how zesty you like it)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. In a high-speed blender, blend dates and water until smooth. Then add cashews and blend as smooth as possible. It may be recommended to use the temper.<\/p>\n<p>2. Divide the cream in equal parts into three bowls.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add the ingredients for each flavour to one of the bowls and mix well. The dough should become quite form after a few minutes. Should it still be too wet, add some extra desiccated coconut.<\/p>\n<p>4. Form blissballs with your hands. You can also blend two or three flavours into one blissball. Chill finished blissballs until serving.
