They belong to a healthy, balanced diet after all&#8230;. Yeah, I admit that I sometimes struggle to incorporate them. But <strong>everything is so much easier with a yummy salad dressing<\/strong>, especially when it&#8217;s home-made &#8211; it tastes extra yummy.<!--more--><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Raw-Ginger-Carrot-Salad-Dressing-Without-Oil-Recipe.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5418\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Raw-Ginger-Carrot-Salad-Dressing-Without-Oil-Recipe.jpg\" alt=\"Vegan Gluten-free Raw Ginger Carrot Salad Dressing Without Oil Recipe\" width=\"800\" height=\"1067\" title=\"\"><\/a><br \/>\nMy current favourites are the <a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/en\/pinkes-ranch-dressing-vegan\/\">Pink Ranch Dressing<\/a> and this Ginger Carrot Salad Dressing. They have such a delicious flavour and go well with burgers too. Like my latest <a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/en\/rote-beete-burger-vegan\/\">Beetroot Burger<\/a>. Yes, the cashews naturally contain oil. And that is something that is actually a good thing &#8211; in balance of course. Make sure to add a good source of Omega 3s to your diet. (I am not a trained nutritionist. It yields about 250ml, but it tends to thicken up a bit. Simply water it down if needed <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/1f642.svg\" alt=\"?\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Beetroot-Burger-Oil-free-Recipe-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5287\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Beetroot-Burger-Oil-free-Recipe-2.jpg\" alt=\"Vegan Gluten-free Beetroot Burger Oil-free Recipe\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Makes approx. 250ml:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>3\/4 cup (110g) cashews<br \/>\n100g carrot<br \/>\n1.5cm piece ginger (or more if you like)<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon ground turmeric (or fresh if you like)<br \/>\n2 small garlic cloves<br \/>\n1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup (125ml) water<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1. Blend all ingredients in a powerful blender until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>2. Transfer into serving bowl or dressing container. Keep in fridge and use within about 3 days or so.<\/p>\n<p>3.
