A recipe that also doesn&#8217;t use yeast! Yay! \ud83d\ude42<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Yeast-free-Pizza-Recipe.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9433\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Yeast-free-Pizza-Recipe.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"1066\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The dough is actually pretty much the same as the <a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/en\/brotchen-ohne-hefe-vegan-glutenfrei\/\">yeast-free burger buns<\/a>. But it is super flexible, you can use all sorts of flours. So far, I haven&#8217;t had any fails.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Yeast-free-Pizza.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9434\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Yeast-free-Pizza.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"1066\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>With rocket season in full swing &#8211; winter is simply the best time of year to grow it here in New Zealand &#8211; I had my favourite pizza topping at hand too. I just love those flavours \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Pizza-Without-Yeast-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9435\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Pizza-Without-Yeast-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"1066\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As always, this recipe for pizza is <strong>vegan, gluten-free and oil-free<\/strong>. And just to repeat myself: <strong>yeast-free<\/strong>! Yay!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Just one note:<\/strong> this recipe makes a rather thick and doughy crust. If you are more into a crispy and thin crust, I highly recommend this recipe <a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/en\/pizza-vegan-glutenfrei-ohne-hefe-ohne-tomate\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Yeast-free-Pizza-Recipe-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9436\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Yeast-free-Pizza-Recipe-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"1066\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>For one pizza:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>For the dough:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 100g buckwheat flour<br \/>\n\u2022 100g rice flour<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n\u2022 1\/2 tsp salt (or to taste)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 100g cooked potato<br \/>\n\u2022 280ml water<br \/>\n\u2022 4 tbsp psyllium fiber husk<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the pizza sauce:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 150g tomato, raw<br \/>\n\u2022 50g cashews*<br \/>\n\u2022 50ml water<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tsp ground paprika<br \/>\n\u2022 1 garlic clove<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tsp dried basil or thyme<\/p>\n<p>* also works with almonds or macadamias<\/p>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<p>1. Preheat oven to 220\u00b0C (top\/bottom heat). Mix buckwheat flour, rice flour, baking powder, salt in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>2. Blend potato and water in a blender until smooth. Then add psyllium fiber and blend once again. Pour into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir to combine.<\/p>\n<p>3. Spread the pizza dough on a baking tray with cold, wet hands. Sprinkle with some rice flour.<br \/>\n4. Blend ingredients for the pizza sauce in a blender until smooth. Spread it evenly on the pizza dough. Add toppings of choice.<\/p>\n<p>5.
