Perfect as a starter. And as always vegan and gluten-free.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Baked-Mushrooms-With-Cashew-Cream-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9297\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Baked-Mushrooms-With-Cashew-Cream-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"1066\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Baked-Mushrooms-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9298\" src=\"https:\/\/theveganmonster.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Vegan-Gluten-free-Baked-Mushrooms-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>For 4 portions you&#8217;ll need:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>4 portobello mushrooms<br \/>\n1 garlic clove<br \/>\n1-2 tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n1 pinch salt<br \/>\n1 pinch freshly ground black pepper<br \/>\n1 pinch chilli flakes<br \/>\n1 teaspoon dried thyme<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the cream:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup (40g) cashew nuts (soaked)<br \/>\n1\/4 cup water<br \/>\n1 garlic clove<br \/>\n1 pinch salt<br \/>\n1 pinch freshly ground black pepper<br \/>\n1 teaspoon mustard<br \/>\n1 teaspoon lemon juice<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1. Preheat the oven to 160\u00b0C (depending on oven type). Mix the olive oil with the minced garlic and the spices.<\/p>\n<p>2. Prepare the baking tray with some baking paper and place the mushrooms on it. Sprinkle the oil-spice-mixture over the mushrooms.<\/p>\n<p>3. Place tray in the oven and bake covered for approx. 25 minutes. Then for another 5 minutes cook on grill mode.<\/p>\n<p>4. For the cream; blend all the ingredients in a good blender (such as Personal Blender) until it is a fine cream.<\/p>\n<p>5. After transferring the cream to a serving bowl, rinse blender with a little water add to the bowl as well.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is one of my favorite starters.
