<p>Diese Lebkuchen Donuts sind <strong>vegan, glutenfrei, ohne Öl</strong> und <strong>fruchtgesüßt</strong>. Die Zauberzutat ist das Nussmehl, das vom selbst Nussmilch herstellen übrig bleibt. Es erlaubt eine herrlich <strong>fluffige und saftige Textur</strong>. </p>

<p> Die Donuts lassen sich sehr einfach herstellen. Für die Glasur verwende ich geschmolzene dunkle Schokolade, die ich mit etwas Pflanzenmylch vermischte. Beim Dekorieren habe ich mich so richtig ausgetobt &#8211; was für ein Spaß <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> </p>
