<p>Dabei verwende ich mal wieder eine meiner liebsten Fleisch Alternativen: Sonnenblumenkerne. Die lassen sich nämlich herrlich vielfältig verwenden &#8211; ob süß oder herzhaft. Dieses mal habe ich sie mit Kidneybohnen kombiniert. Da kommt nebenbei noch eine gute Portion Protein zusammen, ca. 10g Protein pro Portion. <p>Und die Textur? Unglaublich lecker und fast schon etwas gruselig. Bei der klassischen Zubereitungsweise für Königsberger Klopse werden diese in einer Brühe gekocht. Meine Herangehensweise ist etwas anders: ich backe das Ganze. Dadurch ergibt sich auch die feste Textur.</p>

<p>In der Sauce verwende ich klassisch Kapern und Lorbeerblättter. Und dank der Cashews ist sie herrlich cremig, ganz ohne Milchprodukte.</p>



<p>Wie immer ist auch dieses Rezept für Königsberger Klopse vegan und glutenfrei. Außderdem kommt es ohne Öl aus. Es schmeckt sehr lecker mit gekochten Kartoffeln oder Reis.</p>
