Maismehl gibt s in Deutschland auch in Bioläden! Ich denke es geht auch gut, wenn man Polenta noch im Mixer ein bisschen feiner mahlt 😉

Mit Maismehl meine ich nicht Stärke, sondern gemahlenen Mais (hat eine leicht gelbliche Farbe). Gibt es das in Deutschland?
