Spicy Lentil Dal (Vegan, Gluten-free)
This is one of my latest passions! I’m really into chilli now so it was only natural that it would end up in a dish like this. Together with roasted coriander and cumin seeds it creates a flavour that is hard to beat.
Chilli Con Tofu (Vegan)
This is one of my favourite tofu dishes besides super yummy Tofu Vege Bolognese. It has this delicious combination of fresh veges, kidney bean, tofu and chilli that makes it such a satisfying meal. The colors also make it a ‘feast for the eyes’. 😉
