This recipe is based on some already existing recipes that I have combined to something new. Again. Because this vanilla cream is such an amazingly versatile thing, I just have to share it with you 🙂

Vegan and gluten-free christmas recipes
No Bake Apple Cinnamon Tart (Vegan, Gluten-free, No added Oil)
Apple and cinnamon is on of my favourite flavours. Ah well, cinnamon is one of my favourite spices. One can sprinkle this stuff on so many things. Simply delicious!
German Cinnamon Star Cookies (Vegan, Gluten-free)
Last weekend I did some more Christmas baking. These cookies had been on the list for quite a while. Once they were in the oven I couldn’t believe this utterly delicious smell that wafted through the house. This is Christmas feeling! How could I forget?
Crispy Chocolate Buckwheat Muesli (Vegan, Gluten-free, Oil-free)
One thing that I hardly ever eat, now that I am avoiding gluten, is muesli. Especially the crunchy kinda version, basically because I can’t find anything decent in the shops. Most are loaded with refined sugar, or they are simply not chocolaty enough..
Vanilla Cornets (Vegan, Gluten-free)
With all that book writing and proofing I still found time to do some Christmas biscuit baking last weekend. Phew!
Nut-Pulp Chocolate Cookies (Vegan, Gluten-free)
If you have seen my last post about 5 good reasons to make your own nut-milk, you might have noticed point number 4: you can make yummy things with the leftover.
Mousse Au Chocolat (vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, only 4 ingredients)
This is exciting! I happened to discover this potential yummy treat when storing away some leftover chocolate stuff.
Brown Onion Gravy (Vegan, Gluten-free)
This is one of those recipes that was just waiting to happen. For years. Why? Because I used to make a very similar sauce which was not quite as good, due to the simple fact that I didn’t blend it up!
Raw Gingerbread (German Style Lebkuchen – Vegan, Gluten-Free)
Last year I’ve already made a vegan and gluten-free version of German style gingerbread. This year I wanted to try a raw version. And the result was pretty good!
