With all that book writing and proofing I still found time to do some Christmas biscuit baking last weekend. Phew!
You might remember that post about 5 Good Reasons To Make Your Own Nut-Milk (+How To Do It). So here is another good reason to do it: you can make super yummy chocolate muffins with it that are really moist without being ‘fudgy’.
Bananas play a big role in my diet. I have them with my green breakfast smoothies. And I love to use them in baking also. Some time ago I made some banana muffins. But I kept thinking about making a banana loaf. Topped with bananas of course! So everyone goes bananas 😉
It is the season again! The season of apples! Yay! Apple cake was one of the first vegan recipes that I learned 16 years ago. Before I baked my own apple cake I never really was a fan of this dish. But sometimes nothing tastes as good as good old home baked treats! 🙂
After my No Bake Cherry Cake was such a success, I’ve continued experimenting with ‘raw’ desserts and sweat treats. Since I love chocolate as well as vanilla creme I had to try something in that direction.
As far as I can remember, there were always strawberry cakes in summer time. The combination of fluffy sponge cake and fresh strawberries never failed to amaze me.
This is one of my all-time favorites. And since I’ve discovered that you actually don’t need any additional sugar, I love it even more!
