New avocado season has started with a loud bang here in New Zealand. Suddenly I see myself almost drowning in this delicious fruit. Dear friends keep supplying me with fresh, locally grown avocados and I am so grateful, I can’t put it into words.
When it comes to desserts, I just love it when they are super easy to make and stunningly delicious at the same time. I find that my popular Mousse au Chocolat is one of those creations.
One thing that I really love about New Zealand is how people share things. And it seems like everyone has a lemon tree but me 😉 That isn’t a problem though, because I get given free lemons from friends on a regular basis.
I believe in second chances. Or more if needed. And it was time to give that carob a second chance that has been in my pantry for while.
