This is one of my long-term recipe challenges. There so many ways of making vegan and gluten-free brownies. But I wanted to try something different: a brownie that is made without flour. And that contains some extra protein.
I believe in second chances. Or more if needed. And it was time to give that carob a second chance that has been in my pantry for while.
Well, I have created a few no-bake cake recipes now. This is one that I’m really proud of. It is so creamy and just melts in your mouth! At the same time it doesn’t need many fancy ingredients. There is only 8 basic things needed to send your taste-buds to heaven 😉
